The 2013 Honda Accord Coupe continues to have its eye catching, sporty look, but has evolved into something even sleeker, shown off by the new honeycomb grille and deeper set headlights. There are also a few optional features the will now be available to the Accord that are cutting edge and will enhance vehicle safety following Honda's Safety for All campaign..
The Lane Departure Warning system advises the driver when they are unintentionally leaving their lane, reducing accidents. The blind spot monitoring system is also new to Honda. Cameras placed in the side view mirrors light up and alert you when there is a car is in your blind spot. Other new standard features include the Pandora Radio system and Blue Tooth, introduced in the 2012 CR-V.
The 2013 Accord will feature three new power trains, including a new 2.4 liter engine that is said to produce 181 horse power. Also available will be a plug-in hybrid version reported to have three options to choose from while driving: all electric, gas/electric, and traditional gas powered.
No word yet on when the 2013 Honda Accord will be released, but you can bet we are excited to get it on the lot here at Route 23 Honda. Keep up with us to find out when you can get into your own!
